Diski Nine9 has an After-School Programme in 2 primary schools in Soweto. The aim of the after-school program is to provide additional academic support to learners interested in soccer, netball, and athletics. The academic support focuses on reading, debate, and spelling bees.
From its inception, Diski Nine9 has provided over 15 life skills training to children, youths and adults focused on entrepreneurship, career guidance, leadership and customer services skills, project management and budgeting, first aid training, and netball umpiring training. These training are also used as tools to further empower our stakeholders from the communities.
Diski Nine9 seeks to develop a digital learning platform dedicated and focused on discussing psychosocial issues facing men and the boy child. This learning platform will take the form of a video and audio podcast called “The Manhood Simplified Podcast”.
